2013 Bobby Boatright Music Camp Scheduled July 7-11
Instructing fiddle and guitar players in the Texas tradition of western swing, and therefore keeping the Bob Wills tradition alive, is the goal of the Bobby Boatright Western Swing Camp.
Guitar & Fiddle Instruction from some of the best Texas musicians!
· Open to ages 10 and up
· All levels of ability—instructor’s evaluation place each student at his/her ability level to get the most from the camp
· Separate dorms available for boys & girls
· Counselors on duty
· Nightly jam sessions
· Camp includes tuition, lodging, 3 meals per day

Note: Guests are only allowed on campus for the Jam Sessions and concert on Thursday. Otherwise, participants must obtain special permission from the director of the camp to have visitors or to go off campus. Our class time is valuable; we try hard to avoid any interruptions.
Music is the focus, but one doesn't always have to have an instrument in their arms! Don't Forget The camp culminates in a Final Concert on Thursday @ 1 p.m. Before leaving for camp, be sure to invite all family and friends! Tell them to mark their calendars for Thursday, July 11. You wouldn't want them to miss this great showcase of talent!
